We make remarkably gentle clothes for babies. But that’s only half of our job description! We believe: To truly look after children, we must care for the village that holds them. Miyuco Corporation, the company behind St. Patrick®, is a family-centered, care-driven, and purpose-led company. And this doesn’t mean we just make things for families. We mean we operate like one.

The world tells you to leave your personal life at home. We think that’s a bit silly, considering God created us as whole human beings. When our people step into work, they bring their entire selves. This includes their joys, their talents, and yes, even their financial stresses or personal heartaches. We don’t shy away from that. We actively champion inner healing by nurturing emotional, mental, spiritual, and financial well-being. A flourishing life for both our team and customers is the ultimate goal.

Leaders then cascade down the lessons learned from our monthly Leadership Training to our Second-Level Leaders. In this way, not only do we equip our people from one level to the next, Core Leaders also get trained to regularly train the people below them.

Employee Retreats and Formation#

Rest, Reflection, and Real Renewal


How do we put this into practice? We step away. We regularly pause our operations to sponsor family retreats and monthly Biblical leadership formations.


These aren't stuffy trust-fall exercises or corporate seminars. They are sacred spaces where our team and their families can pause, breathe, mend broken dynamics, and encounter God’s hand in their lives.


We are also building financial literacy programs to help our people break free from debt, clearing away distractions so they can confidently step into their true destinies.
