- Social Media & Channel Management: Own end-to-end strategy and execution across all social media channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) tailored specifically to what engages the agricultural community.
- Messaging & Positioning: Partner with the CEO to refine Farmwave’s messaging, leveraging past learnings to focus strictly on messaging channels and formats that convert.
- Graphic Design & Brand Assets: Design promotional collateral, digital ads, pitch decks, product sheets, and visual assets (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, etc.).
Trade Shows, Advertising & Demand Generation
- Trade Show Ownership: Plan, design, and manage Farmwave's presence at domestic and international trade shows, industry expos, and field demonstration events.
- Lead Generation Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Customer Success to align marketing messaging with inbound/outbound sales strategies and campaign targets.
- Paid Media & Advertising: Manage targeted digital advertising, sponsored content, and print campaigns across key agricultural media outlets.
Global Content Team Leadership
- International Creator Network: Build, manage, and deploy a small global network of freelance videographers and field creators to capture localized harvest content across different countries and agricultural cultures.
- Vendor & Budget Oversight: Oversee marketing budgets, agency relationships, press/PR contacts, and freelance creative teams.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5+ years in content marketing, brand management, or media production, preferably in AgTech, agriculture, heavy machinery, outdoor/industrial hardware, or B2B tech.
- Technical Creative Mastery: Expert-level skills in video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut), professional photography, lighting, audio capture, and graphic design (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Social Media & Analytics Expertise: Proven track record of growing social media channels organically through authentic, short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Adaptability & Speed: Ability to translate complex hardware and AI vision tech into simple, compelling visual narratives that resonate with farmers, enterprise growers, and OEM partners.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows, major field installations, and global media shoots.
